Bellever forest

Bellever forest is the most beautiful part in Dartmoor. There is lot of place for the kids to play near the river Dart. Mostly you should be able to see wild horses and ponies. There is ample car parking space in the forest. This is a must visit place. This near by the YHA. You can use the postcode Bellever PL20 6TU (sat-nav). There are no shops nearby. So make sure you have enough food and water

Valley of Rocks

The Valley of the Rocks is a dry valley that runs parallel to the coast in north Devon, England, about 1 kilometre (0.6 mi) to the west of the village of Lynton. It is a popular tourist destination, noted for its herd of feral goats, and for its geology, having good exposures of the Lynton Beds (formally the 'Lynton Formation') that are among the oldest Devonian rocks in north Devon and are highly fossiliferous. Also of note are the periglacial features formed when this area was at the limit of glaciation during the last Ice Age. The valley is believed to owe its existence to the dissection by coastal cliff recession of a former extension of the valley of the East Lyn River which now meets the sea at Lynmouth. Burrator Reservoir

Burrator Reservoir is a reservoir on the south side of Dartmoor in the English county of Devon. It is one of a number of reservoirs and dams that were built over the course of the 19th and 20th centuries in the area now covered by Dartmoor National Park. Walk beside the dam is lovely. Burrator postcode PL20 6PE (sat-nav) . This is near by postcode, but you should be able to see the sign boards towards the Burrator Reservoir. There is car parking next to it.

Watersmeet Lynmouth

Watersmeet is a National Trust location located some 1.8 miles east of Lynmouth, in the English county of Devon. A former fishing lodge, it is today used as an information centre, tea room and shop by the National Trust. It is a must visit place and everyone will definitely enjoy this.
